Soloing - Guild Wars Forums

I have a Mo/W 20 and I want to be able to solo, I hear of these 105's, but how do I get there, you can only have 4 Monk Runes which is not enough to take you down to 105. And waht skills should I use to Solo?
Right now my attribs are as:
Healing:4
Smiting:15
Protection:16
